A double-barreled pinfire shotgun, Charles Ingram in Glasgow, circa 1860. The Damascus steel barrels have almost bright bores (somewhat pitted near the muzzles) in mm calibre. The maker's address is on the midrib. Tang, cocks, and lock plates are engraved with fine vine work and hunting scenes. Dark walnut stock with iron furniture, engraved en suite. Slight signs of use, minimal staining in places. Barrel scarred at the muzzle. Length 119 cm. Charles Ingram 1816 - 1885, cf. Stöckel, vol 1, p. 572.
