INDIAN OCEAN (Nov. 3, 2015) A Marine with the Combined Anti-Armor Team, Weapons Company, Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, fires an M240B machine gun during a deck shoot aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2). The Marines practiced firing the machine gun to enhance their marksmanship on ship. The 15th MEU is currently deployed in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region to promote regional stability and security in the 7th Fleet area of operations. ( Marine Corps photo by Sgt.
