Grand Duke Alexander Alexandrovich of Russia, c1859-c1861. Portrait of the future Tsar Alexander III (1845-1894), who reigned as Emperor of Russia from 14 March 1881 until his death. He was succeeded by his eldest son, Nicholas II. Found in the collection of the Russian State Film and Photo Archive, Krasnogorsk.
