Williams, from Memphis, Tenn., addresses the crew of the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Kidd (DDG 100) during a change of command ceremony held in the ship’s fo'c'sle. During the event, Williams relieved Cmdr. Timothy Long as the ship's commanding officer.
