The plant is an erect, compact bush of medium height, resistant to common, New York No. 15 and pod mottle viruses and to at least one form of powdery mildew; with considerable tolerance to halo blight. Very prolific, bearing an unusually high per- centage of the crop for first picking. The pods are round and straight, with color a pleasing dark shade of bean green; meaty, stringless and fiberless, of excellent flavor and quality for use fresh, frozen or canned. Seed dull, not shiny, with purplish black mottling on buff: 75 per oz. Tenderlong 15 : round-podded, disease-resistant variety Suitable for quick freezing.
