The Board of Direc-tors consists of six ministers and three elders from eachSynod, serving for a term of three years, one-third beingelected each year. Three additional ministers are electedby the Alumni Association, serving for a term of threeyears, one being elected each year. This Board has thegeneral control of the Seminary, subject to the authorityof the Synods, appoints the Trustees, and provides fundsfor the institution.
