Southern Railway Battle of Britain class No. 34067 Tangmere crosses the Ouse Valley Viaduct on a frosty morning on route to Bristol. The Oliver Bulleid designed locomotive was built in September1947 at Brighton. It spent most of it's working life at Stewarts Lane Depot in Battersea but after 16 years service was withdrawn and destined for the scrap yard. Saved by Dai Woodham, it now transports enthusiasts around the country on the main line railway network.
