Spc. Andre Questel, a member of the 253 Engineer Support Platoon, provides crowd flow assistance in Washington , on Jan. 20, 2017. This is Questel's first time supporting a presidential inauguration. He is a combat engineer, and has been in the National Guard for five years. More than 400 Maryland National Guard members are assisting in monitoring traffic control points and facilitating crowd movements, as well as assisting in communication and cyber security for the 58th Presidential Inauguration.
