120121-N-xx999-006 KABUL, AFGHANISTAN (January 21, 2012) – 491 Afghan National Police graduates from the Police Officer Candidate School in Sivas, Turkey are honored during a ceremony at the Afghan Ministry of Interior headquarters attended by family members, staff, and representatives from the countries of Japan and Turkey.
