His Excellency Boghos Pacha Nubar,who is chairman of the Alexandria & Ramleh Railway, was formany years on the Council of Direction of the Egyptian State Rail-ways Administration, where he gained considerable experience inrailway work. He is the son of the late Nubar Pacha Nubar,who was for many years Premier of Egypt. Mr. J. Lumbroso,who had charge of much of the routine work of the executiveportion of the undertaking, proved himself eminently capable ofcoping with the many intricate problems which he was compelledto solve.
