Availablesources of labor, living conditions andhousing facilities have been investigatedto the satisfaction of the Sugar RefiningCompany, which has a department ofemployer-employe relationship which isup-to-date, aggressive and very popularamong its operatives. What the New Plant Will Meanto Baltimore To Baltimore, the immediate benefitsof the new plant, the largest industry pro-jected or existing within municipal limits,will be a quick and substantial increasein its industrial growth, satisfactoryemployment for a considerable numberof its workers, and a stimulus to its railand water-borne commerce.
