AValter Quarter, receiving thename of Richard Lalor in remembrance of his paternalHTand-uncle. His father, Jolni Low Burtsell, was of a familyresident in New York City for over a century; whosemother, Mary Lalor, was a cousin of the Miss Lalorwho introduced the Visitation nuns into the United States.
