The Longstone north of Mottistone village with Limerstone Down in the distance - Isle of Wight, England.
The Longstone north of Mottistone village is believed to be part of a neolithic longbarrow which can still be seen. There are, in fact, two stones, one lying down alongside the standing stone. Druids are believed to have sacrficed animals using the stones as an alter.
