Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Carlos Rodriguez plots his shipís position on a navigation chart on the bridge of the USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) during a underway replenishment with the Military Sealift Command oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204) in the Persian Gulf on Feb. 16, 2006.
