This takes but two or three minutes, and itencourages the formation of a habit of order. The floor shouldbe cleaned every night by the janitor. Forge and metal work is impossible without soiled hands andfaces; and the students should be encouraged to remove alltheir linen, and to put on blouses which shall thoroughly pro-tect their underwear. A good wash in warm water with plentyof soap, followed by the use of a clean, dry towel, will bringthe young workmen back to the schoolroom none the worse fortheir physical contact with the entities of the Fig. 140.
