Royal Thai Air Force Pvt. Arun Saengkham welds metal together during construction for a school building at Bankhaotien School for Exercise Cobra Gold 2018 in Lopburi, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 15, 2018. Saengkham is a civilian soldier with Civil Engineering Unit, and is a native of Bangkok, Thailand. Humanitarian civic assistance projects conducted during the exercise support the needs and humanitarian interests of the Thai people. Cobra Gold 18 is an annual exercise conducted in the Kingdom of Thailand held from Feb. 13-23 with seven full participating nations.
