Wexham, UK. 20th January, 2024. Shocking amounts of fly-tipping in a rural location in Wexham, South Buckinghamshire. From last month, the maximum fixed penalty notice for fly-tipping in South Bucks has rose from £400 to £1,000. Householders have a duty to check that waste carriers have a licence to collect and dispose of waste correctly, therefore, if household waste is later fly-tipped and the offender is caught, the householder can face a fine as well as the perpetrator.
