Operation Blessing’s Medical Brigade is a nonprofit mobile patient care unit established to provide medical service to those affected by natural disasters and render aid to rural areas. SPS-16 is an annual deployment of ships to the Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
