Kathakali:- Indian Classical Dance from Kerala, Traditionally Kathakali is performed by men and young boys, who play the parts of both males and females. Faces are made up to look like Painted Masks, The costumes consist of full skirt, heavy jacket, numerous garlands and neckless and towering headdress. Makeup uses Red, Yellow, White, Green, Black & Blue colors, Traditionally these colors are extracted from Natural substances and Hurbs. Coconut oil is used as a base for mixing these colors.
