Murphy, the undersecretary of the Army, spotted young Soldiers doing their physical training during his visit to Network Integration Evaluation at the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division's Main Tactical Operations Center at Ft. Bliss, Texas. Murphy decided to join them by lifting weights and doing several chin-ups.
