Army Spc. Ruben Garza with the 808th Engineer Company, is checking to insure the guide line is level at a construction site for a new health clinic in Double Head Cabbage, Belize, April 15, 2017. Soldiers with the 808th are building a new clinic in Double Head Cabbage as a part of Beyond the Horizon 2017. Beyond the Horizon is a Southern Command-sponsored, Army South-led exercise designed to provide humanitarian and engineering services to communities in need, demonstrating support for Belize.
