Brooks, of Headquarters, Headquarters Company 16th Military Police Brigade (Airborne), is awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for more than 20 years of service in the United States Army at his retirement ceremony held at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Tuesday, Aug. 31.
