The "Colors" are posted during a groundbreaking ceremony at Travis Air Force Base, California, Dec. 14, 2018. The groundbreaking is for the new construction of a three-bay hangar scheduled to be the first military construction project in preparation for the KC-46A Pegasus arrival to Travis AFB. The 174,300 square foot facility will encompass three separate bays and is designed for optimal aircraft maintenance capability.
