The Olympic Cauldron burns against a darkening sky at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics
The Cauldron at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games on the city's downtown waterfront at the Canada Place complex and the Vancouver Convention Centre The Olympic Flame was lit in Olympia, Greece on October 22. and started its Canadian part of Vancouver 2010 Olympic Torch Relay on October 30th in Victoria, British Columbia and was the longest in history to be contained within the Host Country and concluded at the Opening Ceremony signalling the start of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games on February 12, 2010.
