The Army Community Service and Airman and Family Readiness Center at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., provide classes and one-on-one financial education to assist service members and their families save money and pay off debt. Financial counselors recommend members create an emergency fund, set a goal for their finances and create a budget based on previous spending habits and the financial goals they wish to achieve.
