Brig. Gen. Keith Waddell, the adjutant general of the Louisiana National Guard, visits with mechanics of the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Tiger Brigade, in Kuwait. The Tiger Brigade has been conducting operations in support of Central Command’s Operations Inherent Resolve and Spartan Shield since the beginning of the year and are scheduled to return home later this year.
