In the final push for the line Felix English of Rapha Condor JLT just manages to hold off the late push from Jon Mould of NFTO Pro Cycling. It looked like Mould, in the Sprinters Green Jersey, had timed his charge to perfection but a photo finish showed that English just managed to hold on for the win.
