Crossing the tires creates a hole in the middle of the forefoot. A tab that is turned over onto the side panel from the side leaf creates an opening through which the ankle strap runs. On the left side of the shoe, the ankle strap is connected by a metal snap button. Leather back with three nails tied to the heel and leather sole.
