Construction at Waterloo station where former Eurostar Terminals are converted into domestic Network Rail platforms, London, UK The Government is facing a £50 million bill to convert the mothballed Waterloo Eurostar station into a commuter terminal. The terminal was originally built at a cost of £135million but it has been defunct since Eurostar was transferred to St Pancras at the end of last year. The Department for Transport wants domestic services to run into the five platforms at what was Waterloo International.
