Andrés Hernández rises to the surface after spearing an invasive lionfish. Hernández, who was born and raised in Costa Rica's Southern Caribbean, works both as a scuba instructor and a fishermen. He sells his lionfish catch to restaurants for 4,500 colones (USD$9) a kilogram.
