Ryanair is operating its final flights from Southend Airport after announcing the removal of its based aircraft, which is a huge blow to the airport having already lost easyJet and a number of other airlines. The loss of Ryanair will leave the airport with no passenger flights despite the huge investment in expansion, including new terminals, which will now be empty. The 11:05 flight FR2184 departing for Alicante in Spain is the final one to that destination
