Following a roadway dedication ceremony in Boyertown Pa., June 28, 2018, Brig. Gen. Michael Regan, Pa. deputy adjutant general-air (left) posses with members of the Commander Gen. Carl A. Spaatz Composite Civil Air Patrol Squadron from Limerick, Pa. The young Cadets opened the event with the Presentation of the Colors and provided the backdrop during Regan's keynote speech during the gathering.
