Capt. Domitilo M. Pastorin relieved Capt. Michael P. Joyner as REDCOM SD commander. REDCOM SD provides support to 19 Navy Reserve Centers spread across Calif., Ariz., Colo., , Nev., Utah, Hawaii, and the Territory of Guam.
