The species has hitherto been taken west northwest of Haugesund and southwest of Bukenfjord, Norway, in both places at a depth of 106 fathoms (Schmidt ), and (if Vosmaer's species be identical with the present one) off the northern coast of Norway at depths of 140 and 145 fathoms (Vosmaer 1. c). -?•*^x--. 28*.
