With the close of the present monththe political conventions will all havebeen held and the campaign will bein full progress. Fortunately it willsoon be over and normal conditionsresumed. It is well enough to re-member that whoever is presidentand whoever is governor, sum-mer and winter, seed time andharvest will come just the same. Thesun will shine, the rain fall or bewithheld, the crops grow or fail, andthe needs of the people be the same,whether the one or the other triumphsat the polls.
