Rear Adm. Wesley McCall, Navy Region Southeast commander, visited the Navy Lab aboard Naval Support Activity Panama City, Jan. 19. McCall met with Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division Commanding Officer Capt. David Back and learned about the work NSWC PCD does in expeditionary and maritime systems by visiting the Landing Craft Air Cushion.
