In this (pluri) electoral year, the parties that aspire to lead the Community of Madrid have launched their proposals to make the region a more sustainable environment. For 12 years the world has been 'turned off' during 'Earth Hour' - from 20:30 to 21:30 at night to remember the importance of consumption, transport or energy sources that work today.
