Nicolas Remene / Le Pictorium - Mali: Faladie IDP camp Et the anti-French feeling - 16/3/2022 - Mali / Bamako District / Bamako - Mali - Zackaria Diallo sits here during an interview at the Faladie IDP camp in Bamako on March 16, 2022. He is one of the leaders of the Fulani community in the Faladie IDP camp in Bamako. He fled Boulkessi in late 2019 following the bloody attack that his village experienced between September 30 and October 1, 2019. At the beginning of the French intervention, he was happy but over time confidence deteriorated, particularly because of repeated attacks where Barkhane did not intervene. He used to own a large herd of cattle, but now he has nothing. He is mainly responsible for relaying the little humanitarian aid to the camp population. He says that every month he lacks a large quantity of rice.
