PATTAYA, Thailand (April 4, 2019) - 7th Fleet Band Far East Edition Singer Musician 3rd Class Kathryn Whitbeck, from San Marcos, Texas, and Lt. Jose Espinoza, from Caguas, , give an interview during a performance at the Fabulous 103 FM radio station in Pattaya, Thailand. The band is currently aboard 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) conducting a port visit to Thailand in support of security and stability within the Indo-Pacific Region.
