During the playoffs and, especially the World Series, Wrigley Field walls became a place to post thousands of chalk messages. Chicago, Illinois, USA.

During the National League Championship Series and, especially the World Series, tens of thousands of people made a pilgrim-like journey to Wrigley Field, to write chalk messages of encouragement and in memorial to generations that had passed in recognition of the the Chicago Cubs advancing to the World Series for the first time in 71 years. Such was the case for this man as he crafted a personal message. Eventually, messages expanded along all of the ballpark's walls and spilled over onto sidewalks and apartment buildings across the street. The Cubs went on to win the World Series over the Cleveland Indians recording their first World Series Championship in 108 years!
