Field music of regiments will be restricted to two musiciansfrom each company. VII. Baggage will be kept at the minimum consistent with theneeds of the troops in camp. VIII. Surgeons of Commands, except Division and Brigade Sur-geons, will provide themselves with the necessary medical stores foruse en route to camp. Full supply will be issued under super-vision of the Surgeon General.
