Franklin Coat.—This elegant little coat issuited to a child from six to nine years old, andrequires one and a half yards to two and a halfof material, according to the width, whethersingle or double. It is a neatly fitting sack. pattern, with pieces set on under the arm, andup the back of the coat sleeve, which arescalloped, and bound and finished with straps which ornament the sleeves andthe front of the coat are composed of the ma-terial bound and trimmed with buttons.
