Avignon Festival (south-eastern France), 2023/07/26: the theater companies display their posters in the streets of the city for the In and Off Festivals 2023. But not just anywhere (trees, traffic signs and gutters are forbidden), and not just under any conditions: for the first time, following a local by-law, the number of posters will be limited to 150 for the entire duration of the festival, with a system of logo stickers to be affixed to the bills
