Capt. Thomas O’Donnell is piped ashore following the change of command ceremony for Submarine Squadron 12 that was held Friday, July 15, topside aboard the Virginia-class fast attack submarine USS Delaware (SSN 791) at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Connecticut. Capt. O’Donnell relieved Capt. Matthew Boland as the Commodore of the squadron.
