PHILLIPINE SEA (July 28, 2021) Naval Aircrewmen (Helicopter) 1st Class Matthew Brickley from Peoria, Ariz., keeps a lookout during flight operations inside of a MH-60S Seahawk helicopter assigned to the “Blackjacks” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 21 aboard the Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Tulsa (LCS 16), July 28, 2021. Tulsa, is on a rotational deployment, is operating in the 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with partners and serve as a ready-response force in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
