WAHLQUIST, .John T., a memberof the Deseret Sunday School UnionBoard since 1932, was born Sept. 10,1899, at Heber City, Utah, a son ofCharles John Wahlquist and Elizabeth. Campbell. He was baptized whenabout eight years of age by David , was ordained a Deacon in1911, a Teacher in 1913, a Priest in1915, an Elder in 1919, and a Seventyin 1933. He acted as secretary andassistant superintendent of the Heber3rd Ward Sunday School from 1915to 1917, as Elders Quorum leader inHooper, Plain City and Ogden 3rdWard from 1920 to 1924; as staketeacher-trainer in North Weber Stakein 1923-1924, and in Liberty Stake in1931-1933. He was a member of theM. L A. superintendency of the Uni-versity Ward, Salt Lake City, in 1925-1926, and of the 27th Ward in 1927-1928. While attending the Universityof Cincinnati in 1929-1930 he was ateacher in the M. I. A. of the Cincin-nati Branch of the Church. After hisreturn home he acted as a member of the Sunday school superintendencyof the University Ward in 1930
