160321-N-DQ503-001ATLANTIC OCEAN (March 21, 2016) – Gunner’s Mate 3rd Class Allen Marshall, from Lawton, Ok., conducts surveillance from the electro-optical sight of a MK 38 25mm remote operated control station on the bridge of the guided-missile destroyer USS Roosevelt (DDG 80) during a strait transit exercise. Roosevelt is underway conducting Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) with the Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group in preparation for a future deployment.
