A damaged M48 tank is being repaired by tankers from Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment on May 20, 1968. The tank encountered an anti-tank mine near a hamlet during an operation called Mameluke Thrust, located 6 miles north of An Hoa in Vietnam. This photo was taken by the Defense Department.
