Bronze fountain by Swedish sculptor Johan Peter Molin inaugurated in 1873. The characters are ocean god Aegir, his wife Ran and their nine daughters listening to the river spirit Nix playing his harp. It symbolizes Stockholm located between the upper bowl, Lake Malaren, and the lower basin, the Baltic Sea.
