Henri Toulouse-Lautrec, 1864 - 1901, French Post-Impressionist artist, riding on horseback with his father circa 1875. After a sketch by Rene Princeteau. Princeteau, 1843 - 1914, a deaf-mute from birth was well known as an equestrian painter. He was a friend of Lautrec's father, Alphonse, and had an influence on the young Henri.
